Snow Goose Hunting
Snow Geese in Lake Preston
March 23rd we saw huge snow goose migration into Lake Preston, South Dakota area. Even though we have alot of ice on the lakes, birds are finding water on edges and runoff areas. We've been shooting decent number of birds but expect it to get better everyday. With the delay of spring we'll be extending our stay in South Dakota at least until 15th of April.
South Dakota Snow Goose Hunts Are Starting Tuesday
As of March 13th there was a good movement of birds into Lake Thompson area. Temps are to stay in mid 30's. That we'll keep birds around searching for open water.
