Migration has started
By Dean Tlougan | November 20, 2011
Today was a good day to be in Rochester as the geese rolled into town all day from the North. With snow in the metro and points North it was time for the birds to roll south with the north wind. It was a steady flight all day over Hamburger Hill and we ended up with 23 birds, could have been much better with a little help from Mother Nature with a little wind. From here on out the hunting should be steady with lots of fresh birds in town. We will be hunting next Friday after Thanksgiving so if you need a good reason to get out of the house give us a call. Next weekend is the last weekend of the regular season and will be closed down until December 8th, with lots of new birds rolling into town the late season is looking to be great.
